About Mentec Foundation

Mentec Foundation was established in 2006 with a mandate to deliver industry-specific skills development, enterprise development, and economic inclusion programmes across South Africa and the SADC region. The Foundation operates as a 100% black-owned, Level 1 BBBEE organisation and holds PBO (Public Benefit Organisation) status with SARS tax rebate compliance.

Since inception, Mentec Foundation has created employment and enterprise opportunities for thousands of beneficiaries, delivering training in urban, township, and rural settings across all nine South African provinces.
